vHMML Data Portal provides users with the option of exporting curated datasets or the complete vHMML Reading Room dataset. Datasets are downloadable in JSON format, which provides the widest range of options for repurposing vHMML metadata for your projects.

Use - vHMML Digital Humanities

vHMML Data Portal provides a useful tool for seeing online collections as data for digital humanities projects. To help scholars use vHMML Data Portal for their own projects, HMML has created vHMML Digital Humanities, or vHMML DH.

vHMML Digital Humanities (www.vhmmldh.org) provides research with tools for using metadata downloaded from vHMML's Data Portal to construct digital humanities projects. vHMML DH also contains digital humanities projects derived from vHMML's Data Portal to provide inspiration and models for future research.
